Entering
· When entering DO NOT use the registered and barn name. Please use one or the other when entering.
· The draw is computer generated. It does not matter if you were the very first person to enter, or the very last. It will be a random draw generated by the computer.
· If you are trying to enter online and the section, stalls, or RV spaces are full, it will not let you select it.
· Please do not hit the submit button twice. Doing so will result in multiple charges.
· If you receive a confirmation number, you are entered.
· If you enter online, it is your responsibility to print out your confirmation sheet. We will not send one from the office.
· If you have faxed or mailed your entry, it is a good policy to call and confirm that we have received it.
· If you enter via mail or fax I will not email you confirmation letters. Those will always be mailed.
· If you do not know what horse you are running and you put unknown, TBA, or horse 1 or horse 2, you will have to pay a change fee. 1 week prior to the draw being posted you must have an actual name of the horse that is going to be running.
· The split on horses in a section is determined by how many horses are actually entered in that section. Enter before the draw is posted to avoid being to close together.
· Check the schedule of that event for deadlines.
· Be sure to read over the family rule.
· Always check the FAQ's. 99% of your questions are answered there.
· Stalls are preassigned at all of our events. If you are wanting to stall by someone you need to put all of the stalls on the same entry. If you and your friend don't request stalls on the same entry then you need to fill out and fax a Stall/RV buddy form.
· If you are adding another horse, please send in an “Add Form” and not an “Entry Form.” An “Entry Form” will charge another processing fee.
Membership
· If you are a member you do not need to send a Winner's Form in order to claim your money and prize.
· You may not draw out after the draw out deadline unless you are a Platinum Member.
