25. Training in Arena

Contestants who are given a "no time", either for missing the pattern or knocking down a barrel, may complete the pattern. 27. Tie for Prizes

If any contestant's times are tied, the prize money will be split equally and a roll of the dice between the tied contestants will determine the tie for the awards. High roll wins.

28.  Awarding of the Trucks

After the event on Sunday afternoon we will have a truck presentation. If there is a tie, we will roll the dice to determine the winner.  High roll wins the Trophy Truck and Gold Buckle for 1st place and low roll wins the 2nd place Saddle, Game Ready Unit, and Money.  If there is a three way tie high roll will still win the Truck and Gold Buckle for 1st place.  Second highest roll will win the Saddle, Game Ready Unit, and split the Money with the lowest roll, and lowest roll will also win the Saddle.

Everyone who knocks down a barrel or receives a “no-time” will have their name put into a drawing. One name will be drawn and the winner will receive the 7th truck.

If you are NOT present, a member of the WBRP staff will draw a key on your behalf AFTER every contestant who IS present has an opportunity to draw his/her key.

You do not have to be present to win a truck.  However you must be present to receive the truck due to contract purposes. Please note that if you win one of our trophy trucks and cannot be present to receive it on Sunday afternoon, you MUST claim the truck at our headquarter offices in Athens, Texas anytime after 10 am on Wednesday, November 14th.

PLEASE NOTE:

You will have 30 days to pay the tax, title, and license or the truck will be repossessed due to liability reasons.

You may not sell, repaint, or remove any decals from the Trophy Truck for a period of one year. If you sell, repaint, or remove any decals from the Trophy Truck within this time you agree to pay World Barrel Racing Productions a sum of $10,000. This is required because WBRP has made commitments to our sponsors stating that they will be advertised in this manner for this allotted amount of time.

33. Safety

Safety is a prime objective at this barrel race. If you have a horse that could be dangerous to yourself, other contestants, or other horses, DO NOT come to this barrel race. 34. Rules

The management of WBRP reserves the right to create any new rule, or modify any existing rule, in order to better the sport or this barrel race.

35. Postponement of Event

Due to Hurricane Katrina and September 11, World Barrel Racing Productions reserves the right to postpone any barrel race due to a natural or man made disaster, or if the price of diesel rises above $3.50 a gallon.  We do not like to put these conditions on any event, but feel it is not fair if only a small percentage of barrel racers can attend.  Any monies collected will be refunded.  If any event is postponed, we will reschedule it for a future date.  No postponement, or cancellation, will be made due to a lack of entries.
