We do not like fines or late
charges but have found out that we must have them for certain people
and their actions. The management of World Barrel Racing Productions
has decided that one half of all fines, and late charges, will be
donated to the American Cancer Society for Breast Cancer Research.

Training in Arena Contestants who are given a
"no time", either for missing the pattern or knocking down a barrel,
may complete the pattern. However, show management may, at its

truck. However you must be present to receive the truck due to
contract purposes. Please note that if you win one of our trophy
trucks and cannot be present to receive it on Sunday afternoon, you
MUST claim the truck at our headquarter offices in Athens, Texas
anytime after 10 am on Wednesday, November 14th. 29. Disqualifications Any act deemed prejudicial
to the best interests of the WBRP may result in the disqualification
of the contestant, with no refund of entry fees. The contestant may
also be placed upon the "ineligible" list of the WBRP. These acts
may include but are not limited to the following: If a contestant is attempting to enter the arena and unable to get the horse down the alleyway the gateman, after the second call, will give the rider 45 seconds to enter the arena. At the end of 45 seconds if the horse has not broken the plane at the end of the alleyway the rider will be disqualified. 31. at this barrel race. If you have a horse that could be dangerous to
yourself, other contestants, or other horses, DO NOT come to this
barrel race. Any horse or contestant deemed to be dangerous by the
management of WBRP will be disqualified and entry fees will not be
refunded. The management of WBRP reserves the right to create any new rule, or modify any existing rule, in order to better the sport or this barrel race. 35. Postponement of Event Due to Hurricane Katrina and September 11, World Barrel Racing Productions reserves the right to postpone any barrel race due to a natural or man made disaster, or if the price of diesel rises above $3.50 a gallon. We do not like to put these conditions on any event, but feel it is not fair if only a small percentage of barrel racers can attend. Any monies collected will be refunded. If any event is postponed, we will reschedule it for a future date. No postponement, or cancellation, will be made due to a lack of entries. |
